Use WitCue only where you are allowed to process the conversation, audio, documents, and screen content. Follow workplace, school, interview, meeting, recording-consent, privacy, and confidentiality rules.
Prohibited use
Do not use WitCue to evade proctoring or monitoring, obtain unauthorized access, deceive another person about required disclosure, infringe intellectual property, or process content you have no right to submit.
AI output
Answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers remain responsible for decisions, claims, code, submissions, and communications made with WitCue assistance.
Subscriptions
Plans include specified usage and device access. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and trial terms must be displayed during checkout and reflected by verified billing events.
Availability
Audio devices, networks, conferencing applications, Windows capture behavior, and third-party AI services can affect operation. Compatibility is tested but not guaranteed across every capture method or future software release.
